When you are out of routine you can find yourself eating differently.
Think about when you are on holiday.…. likely you may be more relaxed about what you eat and drink and end up consuming more. Who’s watching anyway?
Most of us can get away with these behaviours for a holiday period, but most of us are glad to get back to normal. A month into lockdown and you might be seeing some unwanted gains which may be visible or leave you feeling miserable. Is the fatigue, unstable energy levels or a lack of concentration that you are feeling related to your diet?

You can gain a sense of achievement from sticking to it whilst feeling healthier and more positive about getting back on track. These actions of self care are likely to influence to other positive health behaviours.
