NERS commissioned Performance Circle to work with team leaders and address topics including leadership development, empowerment, change management, self-management techniques and personal development. This training followed on from previous training delivered for National Exercise Coordinators and teams.

The full programme was a series of interactive and though provoking sessions that prompted Team Leaders to analyse and modify different aspects of their working lives including: leadership, change management, energy management and mindset/state management. By breaking habits and applying mindfulness, motivation and commitment, participants were able to: create flexible environments, develop positive presence, and cultivate leadership resilience; as well as leaving with the tools and knowledge to coach and mentor others.
